About the Project

We started fresh by clearing out all the old shrubs, grass, and uneven ground to create a blank canvas. The front yard got a smooth grade, a rich 70/30 soil blend, new shrubs and plants along the house, fresh mulch, a spruced-up street island, and a full sod installation for an instant green finish. Out back, we graded, added soil, and seeded for long-term growth, with a few accent touches of plants and sod by the mailbox and driveway to pull the whole look together.
