Stepping Stone Landscaping started in 2017, when our owner, Charles, decided to create a career where he could blend his entrepreneurial spirit, love of meeting and working with new people, and green thumb!
He’s passionate about providing excellent customer service that makes people change the way they view their lawn care company – and providing an excellent work environment that makes employees change the way they view their employer.
What began as a small Richmond-based business with one truck and trailer has grown into a trusted name in landscaping, transforming outdoor spaces across the area.
